This policy applies to all purchases made from us, including Laddu Gopal Ji Woolen Dress, Fancy Poshak, Cotton Poshak, Winter Poshak, Mata Poshak, Radha Krishna Poshak, All God Poshak, Combo Sets, Jewellery for God Idol, and Furniture for home temple decoration.

Order Cancellation Rights

We will refund you within 3-4 Working days from the date we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

  • Goods must be in their original packaging.
  • Opening Video Compulsory.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by law.

Order Returns & Exchange

You can raise a request for returns & exchange with in 3  days from the date of delivery . In case of any genuine reason (opening video compulsory) , we will accept it . After accept it , we will pickup the product from your address and will give refund you , when we recieve the parcel and check the returned product in Orignal Condition . this process will take approx 2-3 days from the return request date

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Returning Goods

The cost and risk of returning Goods are your responsibility. Please return items to our specified return address. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
